Meredith Clark developed a deep interest in learning how organizations operate early on in her career. Her drive to build a career defined by both professional excellence and personal discipline, combined with her curiosity about the operations of organizations led her to begin her career at Gartner, where she would go on to spend several years working closely with large enterprise Human Resources leaders and emerging Tech CEOs.
In that role, Meredith became skilled at understanding what organizations truly needed and helping them navigate complex challenges. Her work was defined by the strength of the relationships she built and her ability to deliver consistent, meaningful value to the clients she served. She maintained a 100% year-over-year client retention rate, a reflection of the trust she built and the consistent value she delivered.
Beyond individual success, Meredith was deeply invested in team development and culture. Her commitment to organizational culture extended further as they co-chaired internal social initiatives, organizing quarterly events for more than 500 associates to strengthen engagement and community.
While working at Gartner and developing a personal interest in financial planning and investing, Meredith cultivated a strong interest and foundation in personal finance. As a strategic move for her financial future, she bought and now manages investment properties in New Hampshire.
After several years working in the corporate world, and while saving and investing strategically, Meredith chose to step away from her career to travel internationally, seeking a broader perspective on life and work. To date, she has lived and traveled across more than ten countries, and this experience has led her to develop a deeper sense of adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving—qualities that continue to shape her outlook today.
She graduated from the University of Cincinnati’s School of Business with a B.A. in marketing and entrepreneurship. In her free time, Meredith is passionate about travel, running, and the great outdoors. Taken together, her journey reflects a balance of ambition and intentionality—driven to succeed professionally while remaining grounded in values of growth, discipline, and exploration.
