Scott Puritz: One of the most important things we do for our clients is have what we refer to as an ‘annual check up’. We talk to and reach out to our clients on a regular basis throughout the year, but we always want to make sure that once a year, we take a step back and sit down with them to review their portfolio performance. We review things that may have changed in our client’s lives, financially and otherwise, and we just make sure that we’re on track and that we’re doing the best job we can for our clients.
Overall, our clients love that time. We get great feedback and we also get suggestions about how we can improve our services.
